This is my 4ply 0 - 5 years instarsia base sweater patterns. This is a set in sleeve round neck sweater, it is knitted flat in pieces and seamed together.
 
This pattern includes written instructions on how to include my Instarsia charts on the front.
 
UK 4ply = US Sports =AU 5ply
28 sts and 38 rows to 10cm, (4in) over stocking stitch on 3¼mm needles or the size required to give correct tension. Check your tension - if less stitches use a thinner needle, if more use a thicker needle.

16" : Age 0 - 6 Months
18" : Age 6 - 12 Months
20" : Age 1 - 2 years
22" : Age 2 - 3 Years
24" : Age 4 - 5 Years
