This is my DK children's sizes instarsia base sweater patterns. This is a set in sleeve round neck sweater, it is knitted flat, in pieces and seamed together. 
 
This pattern includes written instructions on how to include my Instarsia charts on the front.
 
UK DK = US DK = AU 8ply
22 sts and 28 rows to 10cm, (4in) over stocking stitch on 4mm needles or the size required to give correct tension. Check your tension - if less stitches use a thinner needle, if more use a thicker needle.

Fit to chest and Age estimates.
16" : Age 0 - 6 months 
18" : Age 6 - 12 months
20" : Age 1 - 2 Years
24" : Age 2 - 3 Years
26" : Age 4 - 5 Years
28" : Age 6 - 7 Years
30" : Age 8 - 9 Years
32" : Age 10 - 11 Years
34" : Age 12 - 13 Years
 
Note that on the smallest sizes images may become slightly distorted when being worn as the charts fills the majority of the space between the armholes. If this is an issue please use the instarsia 0-5 years 4ply pattern
